Faculty and Staff Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

One of the greatest assets at the University of Missouri is the employees who work to make MU what it is.

However, it is normal for all of us from time to time to experience ups and downs in life. These ups and downs may be experienced within the workplace, within our families and important relationships, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

When these "downs" get out of hand, they may develop into persistent problems that affect our personal lives and our performance at work. These problems may require professional help. This is why the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is offered as a free and confidential service to all employees of the university and their dependents.

The EAP is here to help all of those at the university get the help they need when they are feeling overwhelmed with the problems they face in life.
