OCCUPATIONAL STRESS WORKSHOPS

The University of Missouri Employee Assistance Program (EAP) will provide a series of occupational stress workshops designed to help employees manage a wide variety of stressors connected to the work context. Beginning in May 2008, and recurring once monthly thereafter, the EAP will offer work-related stress management seminars on the following topics.

 

  • Work - Life Conflict - May
  • Occupational Role Stress - June
  • Work Schedules - July
  • Leadership - August
  • Organizational Justice - September
  • Workplace Aggression - October
  • Technology - November
  • Workplace Safety - December
  • Physical Work Environment - January
  • Organizational Politics - February
  • Consequences of Work Stress - March
  • Interventions for Work Stress - April

Pre-registration for each seminar is required and space is limited to 50 participants per session. To pre-register please contact Tammie Tilmon, Administrative Assistant at 882-6701, or tilmont@missouri.edu
